Abilene, Texas (Central Campus)

As a part of Hardin-Simmons University, Logsdon Seminary's central campus is situated in Abilene, Texas. Located two hours west of the DFW Metroplex, Abilene is a vibrant regional center in the heart of Texas. Logsdon students enjoy all the amenities of a comprehensive university with almost 2,500 students located on a 96-acre campus. Logsdon's beautiful state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance the feeling of community among students and faculty. The signature stained glass window of Logsdon Chapel symbolizes the spiritual foundations of the seminary: the centrality of Christ, the authority of the Bible, and the global mission of the church.

The Abilene campus allows students to engage theological education as residents or commuters, offering a wide array of classes and class schedules to meet many needs. Students at the Abilene campus may fully engage any of the degrees offered through Logsdon Seminary, including the Doctor of Ministry, Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Family Ministry, and Master of Arts in Family Ministry/Master of Arts in Family Psychology Dual-Degree Program.

Corpus Christi, Texas

In 1997 Logsdon began offering Master of Divinity coursework in Corpus Christi in cooperation with the South Texas School of Christian Studies (STSCS). Sitting adjacent to Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi, STSCS is located on tropical, palm laden Ward Island, overlooking the picturesque bay of scenic Corpus Christi. STSCS operates as a host institution for religious education in southern Texas, offering a bachelor's degree from Hardin-Simmons University and master's degrees from Hardin-Simmons University's Logsdon Seminary.

Logsdon Seminary students at the School of Christian Studies can complete all degree requirements for the Master of Divinity or the Master of Arts in Family Ministry on the Corpus Christi campus.

McAllen, Texas

Logsdon Seminary is pleased to announce the offering of Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Family Ministry coursework in the Rio Grande Valley! In cooperation with the South Texas School of Christian Studies (STSCS), Logsdon Seminary now offers courses at the McAllen Extension at 1809 North Main, a property which sits on two-and-a-half acres and includes multipurpose rooms, a conference room, offices, and a small, temporary library with approximately one thousand volumes. The property is currently undergoing remodeling of the large multipurpose rooms for the development of a permanent theological library and a computer lab. The complex also has a worship space for two hundred people. When the current remodeling is completed, the classrooms will include flat-screen monitors with computer hook-ups and Wi-Fi Internet access. This remodeling will also provide four dormitory-style rooms and shower facilities.

San Antonio, Texas

Logsdon Seminary began offering Master of Divinity coursework in San Antonio in the fall of 2006 in cooperation with Wayland Baptist University. As both Wayland and Logsdon have grown numerically, the need for additional space for Logsdon Seminary classes has increased. To this end, Logsdon has partnered with Trinity Baptist Church beginning in the Fall of 2011 to be the permanent home for ATS-accredited seminary classes in San Antonio.A historic congregation located in the heart of San Antonio, Trinity Baptist is committed to partnering with Logsdon as a part of their wide-ranging engagement of missions and ministry in the San Antonio community and throughout the world.

Courses in San Antonio are taught on the quarter system (fall, winter, spring, summer) rather than the semester system (fall, spring, summer). Classes meet in block format either one afternoon/evening a week or on various weekends. Logsdon Seminary students in San Antonio may earn up to 2/3 of the Master of Divinity degree, allowing them to finish the remaining third at either the Abilene or Corpus campus. While students at any campus may transfer hours into their Logsdon degree from other institutions, a minimum of one-third of the degree must be taken at either the Abilene or Corpus campus. The residency requirement for coursework in Abilene or Corpus may be fulfilled through one-day-a-week courses, weekend courses, or intensive one-week courses.

Logsdon Seminary began offering Master of Divinity coursework in Lubbock in the fall of 2004 in cooperation with Wayland Baptist University in Lubbock. Classes meet in block format either one afternoon a week or on various weekends.
