Women in Ministry Conferences resource anyone interested in issues related to women in ministry, especially Texas Baptist students preparing for ministry through graduate and undergraduate theological education. The conference will offer encouragement, support, and connections for women who sense a call to vocational ministry, while also offering a venue for both women and men to engage issues related to the collaborative necessity of ministry in a rapidly changing culture. Registered attendees at this conference had the opportunity to participate in a number of sessions, breakouts, workshops, and discussions designed to provide space for discovery and dialogue related to the historical development of religious calling, implications of corporate and personal calling for Christian ministry, and contemporary issues specific to women seeking to express their calling through vocational ministry service.
